Chief Financial Officer

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting;
• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals;
• Prepare operational and strategic budgets;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards;
• Ensure daily cash flow management and liquidity strategy;
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies;
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters;
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for the senior management team and Management Board;
• Manage other ad-hoc projects;

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting,Economics or a related field;
• Several years’ experience in a senior role in Finance function;
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements;
• Strong research, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ahands-on attitude;
• Proactive, flexible and able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment;
• Fluent in English;

Salary 3,000-3,600 Eur/month (Gross)
